HASTELLOY® S (UNS N06635) is a nickel-base, high-temperature alloy with a unique combination of properties. It has excellent thermal stability, low thermal expansion and excellent oxidation resistance to 2000 °F (1093 °C). In addition, the alloy has good high-temperature and thermal fatigue strength.

Hastelloy S coil is a nickel alloy raw material manufactured by rolling up a Hastelloy S sheet/plate. According to different production processes, Hastelloy S coils are divided into Hastelloy S hot rolled coils and Hastelloy S cold rolled coils. After they are flattened, they can be made into plate and sheet. The default finish of Hastelloy S cold rolled coil is 2B finish and the default finish of Hastelloy S hot rolled coil is No.1 finish.
